Project development:

Project staff work on technically challenging projects and are fully responsible for the overall control of their project. They will have experience in plant engineering and construction and will be able to negotiate with suppliers and customers. The work atmosphere with colleagues and staff is based on cooperation. The projects are run on a strict time line and short term customer requirements must be dealt with in a target-orientated manner. Candidates are familiar with all the rules and regulations of Project Management and never lose sight of the agreed budget.

Sales and marketing:

In order to sucessfully market the highly innovative AWS technology, our sales staff require contact skills and the ability to close deals. Moreover, it is important to be able to create new solutions to the actual requirements of clients. An absolute pre-requisite is a sound knowledge of filter technology and process engineering, ideally our candidates will have experience and a good ground knowledge in one of our customer target areas.

Service:

Even though our equipment is generally not service-intensive or subject to break down, we still require professional service personnel. Our service personnel must be able to work independently and be able to react quickly to customers’ demands.                           
Willingness to travel away from home is of course essential.

The good team player will be able to experience the greatest amount of scope at AWS. Our strength is inherent in our teams. Our project groups are highly flexible according to the needs of the ever changing tasks. This means a flat organisation where we can dispense with the need for a large hierarchy system. Only freedom creates a climate in which ideas become concepts and from concepts new projects are created.
