AWS Group AG
feel the difference of clean air

VOC separation

At the heart of our revolutionary invention are the HighTechTubes. These permeable tubes, which are manufactured using a patented process, are virtually indestructable, unsusceptible to temperature variations, and have a streamlined surface structure.

The contaminated air stream passes through the filter system where the pollutants are absorbed and flow off downward, while on the other side cleaned air is discharged from the filter. The separated pollutants are recycled using a destillery, and can then be reused or disposed of. This means recycling according to your needs.

A sophisticated and also patented process technology ensures that the system always operates flawlessly with different charges, irrespective of whether the filter is in continual operation or operates on an hourly basis.
The AWS filter can be employed where solvents from varnishing and other production processes (e.g. in the pharmaceutical industry) are released into the air. Whether the solvent content of the varnishes is 10% or 50%, or the amount of air to be treated per hour is 10,000m3 or 60,000 m3 – AWS installations come in different sizes according to your needs.

Compliance with the legal limits is assured. The operating costs of an AWS plant lie well below those of conventional cleaning processes – when compared with thermal combustion, the savings are up to 70%. This is easy on your budget.

Moreover, AWS systems do not produce any CO2 – this is easy on the environment.

Due to the extensive economies in energy consumption enabled by the AWS technology, the AWS Group AG VOC filters are supported in Germany by the energy efficiency program of the German Reconstruction Loan Corporation – Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau (KfW) – this saves interest expenditure. We support all clients who wish to make use of these special loans in Germany in their application. Just talk to us!
